This adorable Chickadee holds in its beak a tiny gold locket on a chain and is perched on a red heart shaped shaker box. Hand carved from American chestnut, the wood grain is beautiful and what a sweet expression on the Chickadee's face. The locket is made from chestnut and gold leafed. The chain, locket hinge, clasp and Chickadee's feet are made from copper wire by the artist.
