This large blackbird is mounted on a slightly distressed red shaker box and has a gold ornament in it's beak. Simply stated to bring on the celebration for the holidays. Hand carved from American chestnut with incredible detail. The wood grain flows beautifully through the body of the blackbird and is pretty amazing on the shaker box too. The blackbird's feet are made from copper tubing and some secret stuff to make them look really life-like. Included is a grapevine wreath made from rusty wire and the carving comes with a flag that is interchangeable for a summer display.
